How much does shipping cost?

On all orders under $150 shipping is a flat $15 and delivered via UPS ground. All orders above $150 include free shipping via UPS ground with package insurance to more than cover the value of your order.
What is the standard order processing and shipping time?

Unless otherwise specified, our standard processing time is 2-5 business days. Within that time you will recieve a tracking number to track the delivery of your package. We currently ship all orders via UPS Ground which has a shipping time of 2-5 business days. This results in up to 10 business days for delivery from purchase date. Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.
Where do you ship?

XIVK Frequency currently ships to the U.S. and Puerto Rico via UPS. We hope to offer expanded shipping in the future. If you are based in Canada and would like a quote on International shipping, please contact us directly and we'd be happy to help.
What is your return policy?

XIVK Frequency is a small business and we do not have the ability to accept returns or issue refunds at this time. All sales are final. If you feel as though you received a defective product, reach out to us via the contact page. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Package stolen or damaged during delivery?

If your package is stolen or was delivered damaged, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with UPS. All packages are insured at their appropriate value to cover any potential theft or shipping related damages.
